SOFT PLAY RENTALS IN THE JACKSONVILLE, ST. AUGUSTINE, AND SURROUNDING AREAS! NOW ACCEPTING BOOKINGS!
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a parent we understand that things happen, and events are cancelled. Please carefully read below the cancellation and refund policies.
Cancellations:
--If an event is cancelled by a customer, the initial 30% non-refundable retainer will not be refunded, and will then be forfeited. MB Soft Play Adventures will be released from all obligations and performance requirements under the contract.
--Any Cancellations 14+ days prior to event date: No refund, No balance due.
--Cancellation 14-7 days prior to event date: No refund, partial payment due for labor, and custom props.
--Cancellations 7-0 days prior to event: No refund, Full Balance due.
--Termination of services due to abuse of personnel or property: No refund
We reserve the right to adjust cancellation and refund policies for certain circumstances that are beyond the control of either the Customer or MB Soft Play Adventures. MB Soft Play Adventures will handle these circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling policies:
Rescheduling request should be submitted as soon as possible by call us at (904) 607- 4030, or emailing us at sales@mbsoftplayadventures.com.
--Should a request to reschedule be made, both the Customer and MB Soft Play Adventures agrees to mutually agree upon the rescheduled event date, a new contract that provides the revised event date will be issued.
--Like the cancellation policy the rescheduling policy applies based on the advance notice provided by the Customer:
- 28+ days prior: Full credit
- 27-15 days prior: 75% credit
- 14-7 days prior: 50% credit
- 7- 0 days prior: No credit
All refund credits must be used within 12 months of issue date.
