What is Soft Play?

 an activity for children that involves playing in a specially designed area with soft surfaces and equipment.

What age range is your equipment for?

Ages 5 and under 

Is adult supervision required?

Adult supervision is required at all times, while equipment is at the event.

How long can I rent equipment?

Each rental includes a 4-hour time frame, additional time may be purchased at least 1 week prior to event date for a fee of $40/per additional hour.

What surface can equipment be set up on?

All equipment must be set up on a flat, dry surface (grass, concrete, tile, carpet, etc.). We will not set up on wet/damp surfaces, slopes, or dirt. Please ensure that before any set up there is a clear pathway. 

Can the equipment be set up outdoors?

The equipment can be set up outdoors on a smooth flat surface. During the months of March through August a tent will be required over all set up equipment (tents are available for rent, or you may provide your own any Customer owned tent must cover the entire Soft Play area). Any outdoor set ups in the months of May- August will incur an additional outdoor installation fee of + $25. PLEASE REVIEW WEATHER POLICY BEFORE BOOKING OUTDOOR SET UPS. It will be the customers responsibility to provide a suitable backup plan in case of increment weather.
