Complete Streets ensure the safe and adequate accommodation of all users including pedestrians, bicyclists, public transportation users, children, older individuals, individuals with disabilities, motorists, and freight vehicles​.

Complete Streets are not one-size-fits-all, but vary based on the types of traffic expected on the road and the types of land uses and destinations in the neighborhood.
