Personalized Professional Learning

Library Director participates in professional development opportunities including CESA 6 biannual networking meetings, WEMTA, Slate conferences, etc.

Conduct individual meetings with teachers to advocate for the integration of new resources and technology in classrooms, with the aim of improving student learning outcomes. 

Create monthly newsletters sharing district technology/library updates, valuable resources, and helpful tutorials.

Create a district library webpage for sharing the MSD library management system and resources.

Survey students and staff regarding current needs.
