With sixth-grade graduation coming up, the focus of many is what middle school will be like. But we wanted to talk to some sixth graders about what they think about BES. We interviewed three people about this school, and how they feel about leaving.
Madison B. was first. We asked her “What did you like about going to this school?” After rambling on about lunch, we finally got her to choose french toast sticks out of her favorites. Our other question was “What will you miss about BES?”
“The french toast sticks.”
Our second interview was with Leah T. We started with, “What is something the school should fix?”
Leah said, ”The pothole in the soccer field,” to which we agreed. The second question was “What are you looking forward to in middle school?''
Leah said, “More choices for lunch.”
The last person we interviewed was Wyatt G.. We asked, “Do you have any advice for younger students?
He said, “Make friends with the teachers.”
The last question was, “Is there anything you want to say about your experience at this school?” To that, he said, “No comment.”
