ACTION PLAN WAS ASSIGNED ... March 16TH & 17TH 2026 

it is due on 

MONDAY-TUESDAY APRIL 13th & 14th

Select your 5 lowest benchmarks from your MYA DATA SHEET sticker.
If yours are all green then, select from the unit column.

Create your action plan. You will write a small paragraph for each benchmark (this is for you!!!)
stating what you games you plan to make for your benchmarks. This paragraph is just a little something for you to reflect on why you are picking this benchmark. Hopefully, this is a benchmark that you are LOW in and or don't understand fully.

Then you must execute (complete) these games that you said you would do.

EVERYTHING YOU COMPLETE (questions) MUST BE HAND MADE

REPEAT...WRITTEN BY YOU.

NO COPIES OR PRINTOUTS AT ALL!!!

1. Each benchmark (topic) can have no less than 60 questions for a total of 300 HANDWRITTEN questions.

2. NO true/false questions.

3. NO crossword puzzles.

4. YES to...
   a. Multiple Choice
   b. Fill in the blank
   c. vocabulary/definition MATCHING

5. You can use flashcards.

6. You can use board games you already have (like the board with the pieces).

7. NO gambling related games.

8. You MUST have an answer key for all the questions. If it's MULTIPLE CHOICE, the Letter is ok.
   This way, students that play your game can check their answers.
   This can be on a separate sheet of paper. If you need to LAMINATE come to me.
   AGAIN, Multiple choice question answers can be just the letter. 

9. You CAN type your rules/instructions. 

10. You can make...
    a. 5 games, 1 for each of the benchmarks (60 questions & answers)
    b. 3 games with 20 questions for each of the 5 benchmarks. (100 questions & answers)
    c. 15 mini games. (20 questions MINIMUM & answers)

NO TYPED WORK ALLOWED. ALL WORK MUST BE DONE BY HAND AND MUST BE IN QUESTION/ANSWER FORMAT!

Any GAME you make must have a min of 20 terms.

I will be checking for the 60 questions for each of the 5 topics/benchmarks you chose which will equal 300!!!
