Student and parent(s) must watch the slideshow from December 4th, 2025.
Parents must consult with their student's school counselor.
Student must pick up a CCP packet in the Guidance office.
Student and parent signs all documents within the CCP packet and returns to the Guidance office.
Apply to Stark State College.

Complete all required fields
Suggested Login ID: first initial last name
Suggested PIN: birthdate (ex:011503)
Click Submit
**CONTINUE TO THESE NEXT STEPS**
At Admissions Form Login: Login ID and PIN, and click submit
Click on "New Application" box
Admission Term = FALL 2027
Application Type = College Credit +/Early college
Complete the rest of the information and then click submit.
Sign up for the ACCUPLACER
Students must take the ACCUPLACER tests in order to be placed in the CCP course. The ACCUPLACER will be administered at WHS in room H217 during Academic Assist, lunch mods and after school until 3:00pm.
Students must sign up to take the ACCUPLACER in person in the Guidance Office with Mrs. Elder. Students can see Mrs. Elder only during their Academic Assist mods. Available dates and times for the ACCUPLACER are shown below.
Note: Students MUST apply to Stark State prior to taking the ACCUPLACER assessment.
REMEMBER TO PICK UP YOUR CCP REGISTRATION/CONSENT PACKET IN THE GUIDANCE OFFICE. COMPLETE THIS PACKET, GET THE NECESSARY SIGNATURES, AND RETURN TO THE GUIDANCE OFFICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

CCP COURSE OFFERINGS
Washington High School offers a variety of College Credit Plus (CCP) courses for students. CCP courses offer college level college credit while still in high school. Current classes/supports offered within the school day are through Stark State College. To the left is a list of these CCP course offerings and their pre-requisites. Full descriptions of these courses can be found on pages 33-37 of our Program of Studies.
WHS has agreements with other local colleges as well, beyond Stark State. If students would like to take CCP classes with another university, the student and their family need to contact the college/university's CCP office for assistance getting started.
