*Upon approval of a Mastery Assessment Credit Flex Plan, testing dates and timelines will be determined by the Credit Flexibility administrator - please communicate directly with Mrs. Drake to determine timelines.

*Students will be given one attempt to demonstrate proficiency.

*Depending on the content, students demonstrating 85% or greater master on the exam may also be asked to complete a project/problem-based assessment designed to prove their ability to apply their knowledge.

*If there is no Mastery Assessment available for a requested course at the time of the application, the District will determine if it can meet the request.  In cases where Mason does not have the capacity to generate an assessment, students will be encouraged to select another Credit Flex option for the course.
