Students interested in participating in CCP next school year should attend our Annual Info Session on 1/29/2026 at 7PM in the HS auditorium!
With the passing of Senate Bill 104, Mason High School will no longer be accepting electronic copies of Intent of Participate forms. Paper copies of both the Intent Form and Counseling Session Form for high school students can be turned in to Mrs. Pay (Rm. A16) or Mrs. Brinkman (Rm. A19) in the guidance offices.
Paper copies of both the Intent Form and Counseling Session Form for middle school students can be turned in to Mrs. Laura Tonkin in the MMS guidance office.
Counseling Session for CCP Participation
This form must be completed by April 1, 2025 to participate in the CCP program at any time during the 2025-2026 school year. If you do not complete this form by the April 1 deadline, you will have an opportunity to complete the intent form by November 1st* for the Spring 2026 semester only.
