Using an App to Find Quiet and Calming

One way that I step away from the noise is through guided meditation & mindfulness. I also guided meditation if my daughter or I are having trouble falling asleep. I have used HeadSpace and also New Horizon Meditations (on YouTube). -- Mrs. Stanfield
