Our Goal
18 and beyond services are determined at the student’s IEP meeting. Students’ days/times will be determined per their IEP meetings and will vary from student-to-student based on need
Our goal is to provide community-based instruction to students with disabilities, ages 18-21, based on students’ individual post-secondary transition goals and Individualized Educational Program (IEP) in the areas of:
● Vocational Skills
● Daily Living Skills
● Recreation and Leisure Skills
● Transportation and Mobility within the Community
● Communication Skills within the Community
● Self-Advocacy and Self-Determination Skills
