Transition to Adulthood Series is Complete

Our Wisconsin Integrated Transition Planning Project (WITPP) series is now complete. Family Voices has collaborated with the transition team at the University of Wisconsin’s Waisman Center to develop this ten-part series. The goal is to call out each area in a child’s life that might change during transition, while tying things together to simplify the process. Some of the topics included are the change from children's to adults’ long-term support programs, exploring self-employment options and housing supports.
