Beginner's Workshop

Advanced Workshop

This workshop will take a deeper look at the ins and outs of the estate plan, the special needs trust, and the financial planning behind it.

We will be answering some of the tough questions about trustee selection and outlining our "Three-legged stool" approach to create checks and balances for a secure trust administration system.

***This workshop is designed for families and professionals who already have a baseline understanding of Special Needs Trusts and basic Special Needs Planning topics.

If you are in the beginning stages of gathering information, or if you haven't attended our general Special Needs Planning Workshop, we recommend that you start there!

Letter of Intent Workshop

A hands-on activity where we will create a draft of a letter of intent for the child’s future in live time.

Families can expect to leave this workshop with information on the letter of intent, what how it works, and their first rough draft of the document.
