Requirements

The Global Scholars Certificate requires that students complete four years of a World Language at the high school as well as four additional credits in courses with a global focus.

Cultural Literacy requires a student to look for viewpoints and perspectives from other cultures.  This means as a student you will read four books and an additional four sources of literature that can help you grow in your global perspective.

Global citizenship will require a student to be active in their global community.  They will interact with other students, cultural/global events inside and outside of Mukwonago High School. 

Students will ideally create and lead others in a community service project that will have a positive impact with a global community.

The final presentation will be an opportunity to present what students have learned throughout their participation in the Global Scholars Program.  Very often this involves Global Scholar students visiting the middle school and presenting their experience to 8th grade students.
