The Global Scholars Certificate requires that students complete four years of a World Language at the high school as well as four additional credits in courses with a global focus.
Global citizenship will require a student to be active in their global community. They will interact with other students, cultural/global events inside and outside of Mukwonago High School.
Students will ideally create and lead others in a community service project that will have a positive impact with a global community.
The final presentation will be an opportunity to present what students have learned throughout their participation in the Global Scholars Program. Very often this involves Global Scholar students visiting the middle school and presenting their experience to 8th grade students.
Understanding that International exchange students are only here studying for one year, we have modified the requirements for those interested in earning the Global Scholars Certificate. The attached pdf document will outline those requirements. If you choose to participate in the program sign up on the home page.
