Application for Peer Tutors

In order to complete you application to become a peer tutor, you must receive teacher approval to be eligible to peer tutor your selected subject(s) by printing out the google document, "Tutor Verification Form", under Required Form on the peer tutoring website and obtaining a signature from the teacher(s) that you had for the course(s). Please return the completed document to the guidance office after you have submitted this form.
