Ms. Marxen has achieved settlements for approximately forty-two (42) clients.

Ms. Marxen successfully obtained dismissals for approximately nine (9) clients.
Judgments:
Ms. Marxen has successfully had judgment entered in favor of three (3) clients.
Trials:
Ms. Marxen has experience with both jury and bench trials.
Most recently, this past July 2019, Ms. Marxen secured a verdict in her clients' favor after a two week jury trial.
Appeals:
Ms. Marxen has also successfully appealed decisions by the Employment Development Department.
Restraining Orders:
The Court has granted all of the domestic violence restraining orders Ms. Marxen has sought on behalf of her clients.
