English Learner Progress Indicator

This indicator will measure growth over time for student who took the Summative English Language Proficiency Assessment for California (ELPAC). Because students took the ELPAC for the first time in 2018 (it was a new assessment for the state of CA), we will not have comparable data until the 2019 Dashboard.
