Once the leader had passed away Hitler took control and started to exterminate the Jews and make life hard for them.

When the Jews were sick they did not look after them meaning a lot of Jews died from disease.

Once Hitler was in full control he sent Jewish people to concentration camps. He was using these camps to enslave Jewish people and initially execute them.
