Tragically, as Malala was headed to school one morning, Malala was shot in the head point blank by a gunman and was in critical condition for months. The months came by and Malala was healthy enough to continue her activist work, giving speeches and interviews for women’s education rights.
Malala has won many awards including her Nobel Peace Prize as well as being named one of Time Magazine’s “100 Most Influential People in the World” in 2013.
Her story is one of inspiration, courage and perseverance. Malala believed in her cause and did whatever Malala could to get her message out there.
Malala is powerful in her own way, Malala doesn't have power over a country or access to nuke codes, Malala has the power of her voice and the power of an assertive mind.
Malala is very influential by not giving up and perservering in what Malala does. Malala was responsable for girls going to school in Pakistan and getting an education. If I were a girl, I would be grateful.
