Latex (1/8 ID 3/16 OD Latex Rubber Tubing Black 1/32" wall Surgical) tubing from Y to connectors from eBay. My theory was that latex tubing would reduce cable noise. It worked, but looks odd.

Convertible 3.5mm/6mm plug from eBay. Kind hard to find.

Probably Mogami W2799 wire.
