Getting Here

Getting here is half the adventure!

We might be a little off the beaten track, but we promise it's worth the drive. Here's everything you need to find us and arrive race ready.

This is the turn-off on to Mavora Lakes Road from SH94.

From here, just follow your nose—there will be signs!

The next turn is a left onto Mararoa Road, approximately 5 km

(around 7 minutes drive) from here.

Parking is available in the designated paddock and will be clearly signposted.

Please follow the directions of our parking marshals and park where directed to help keep traffic flowing smoothly.

Travelling from further afield?

Te Anau and Manapouri offer a great range of accommodation, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it the perfect base for race weekend.

Book early—January is a busy time of year.

Fuel up.

Grab any last-minute supplies. Nearest options are Te Anau (everything), Manapouri (cafe/dairy), Mossburn (cafe), Lumsden (cafes & supermarket).

Mobile coverage is limited within the Mararoa/ Mavora area.

Double-check you've packed everything you need.

Bring some cash if you're planning on treating yourself at Race Base!
