The hills won't get any smaller... but at least you'll know where they are!
Browse the maps, check out the course details and have a game plan before you hit the start line.
The farmers get first dibs! We're racing on working farms, so while our maps are as accurate as possible, the odd course tweak may be needed around stock, crops or farm operations. Your watch might tell a slightly different story to our maps—and that's all part of the adventure.
A little bit of both! The Duathlon combines the 30km Sawmill Sweat bike course with the 12km Dale Dash run. A fast start, a scenic ride and a run to the finish—perfect if you can't decide whether you prefer two wheels or two feet.

A Note for Riders
Clip-in pedals (cleats) are optional. The course includes a mix of grass, dirt and gravel farm tracks, creek crossings, and some steep sections. Depending on conditions, some competitors may choose—or need—to dismount and push their bikes in places. Choose the pedal and footwear combination you're most comfortable and confident with.
