IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 6th GRADE FAMILIES! 

QMS offers students the chance to join Band, Orchestra, or Chorus.

• All programs meet DURING THE DAY and are FREE to join 

  • (cost of instrument - approx. $20-35/month, financial assistance available, school instruments available to borrow upon request)

• NO previous experience needed!

• Learn an instrument or sing with friends!

• Perform in a variety of concerts for friends and family!

• Exciting field trips!

• Additional opportunities in Rock Orchestra, A Capella, Percussion Ensemble, Jazz Band, and more!

The performing arts programs in Mansfield are full of hardworking, dedicated, kind, passionate, and exceptional students. Learning to play a musical instrument and acquiring the unique habits of mind that come with it is one of the most incredible opportunities that our school can offer your child! The sign-up process will be as follows:

9/13 - introductory concert for all 6th grade students during the day (period 3) AND 6th Grade Curriculum Night - meet the teachers and learn about our programs!

9/22 - Instrument Rental Night - opportunity for families to rent instruments through our vendor robertsmusicsri.com (everything can be pre-ordered through the website)
