Student Registration Process using Family Connection:

Click below to register your incoming Kindergartener for the 2024-2025  year

1.  Student registration link: Family Connection 

(Note: IF your child attends Roland Green Preschool, skip to #13) 

2. If  New to district: Create a new account by using the email address for the primary emergency contact. You will be asked to setup a password. 

3. If  Existing Mansfield family: If you have used family connection before (to register your child for school or to sign up for the bus) then please login using your ID and password.  If you have never used family connection you will need to create a login and password using the email address associated with contact 1 for your student. 

4. COMPLETE online registration

5. SUBMIT student record: Once all the information is entered, click the green SUBMIT icon.  

6. UPLOAD required documentation as instructed  Family Connection Directions  using DOCUMENT UPLOAD TAB 

7. Gather REGISTRATION paperwork

8. In order to complete registration for your student, you will upload the following:

9. His/her original birth certificate with DOB on or before 9/1/19. In Mansfield a student must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2024 in order to attend Kindergarten in September. 

10. Proof of Residency.   You must have one document from each of the three columns below with a parent or guardian's name listed on each as complete proof of residency.

11.  A (recent) photo of your student.

12. Medical Requirements  - Please do not upload this paperwork as this should be brought to the in person meeting with the nurses.
