The pull-out resource program is for students who require more intensive instruction at a slower pace with specialized materials for one or two subjects. These students remain in a general education classroom for more than one-half the school day and are pulled out for certain subjects such as literacy and/or mathematics. The amount of services is based on their individualized education plan.
The students may also receive counseling, speech, occupational, and physical therapy if they require these services.
