Multiple Disabled Programs

The Multiple Disabled self-contained classrooms are located at both John Hydock Elementary School and the Mansfield Township Elementary School. The students within this program are identified by the child study team as having a disability which requires specialized instruction using specialized materials in a self-contained, individualized setting.  This program is based on the New Jersey Student Learning Standards.  Students are integrated with chronological age peers for lunch and other academic subjects based on their individualized education plan.  They may also received counseling, speech, occupational, and physical therapy if they require these services.
