Meet the Counselors

 Mrs. Ezzideen is in her 9th year at Smyth Road Elementary School.  She graduated from UNH with her undergraduate degree and then went on to receive her Master's Degree from Rivier University.  She spends the majority of her time outside of school with her family and chasing around her two crazy boys, Parker and Easton.

She decided to become an elementary school counselor because of her love for children and wanting them to succeed, not just academically but also emotionally. She believes that it is important that we help our children from a young age to understand themselves and others. 

Mrs. Joy has worked to educate children for over 20 years and is excited to be part of the Smyth Road family! She has a background teaching health education and life science. She specializes in working with students in grades K-8. In addition to earning her master's degree in public health, she has earned many post-master's graduate credits in various adolescent mental health topics. She is working to become a certified school counselor and is passionate about social and emotional health.

When Mrs. Joy is not in school you can find her exploring all things outdoors with her family.
