MECHS STEM Club flies drones!
Drone Flying
MECHS STEM Club flies drones inside the school after school hours to practice flying skills and gain experience, perhaps for the first time, with this form of technology.
On top of this, MECHS STEM offers members the opportunity to earn a certification to fly drones commercially! Those interested are taken into consideration and once entered, they receive full access to a training school that walks them through lessons in order to pass the test needed to earn the certification. This is all at no cost to the student, but they have to be dedicated to the coursework to be successful.
