Te Whare Tapa Whā
Te Whare Tapa Whā is a Māori model of wellbeing created by Sir Mason Durie.
The four walls of the whare each represent one of the four parts of our well being. Its foundation resting on the whenua / land. The whare demonstrates the interconnectedness between the four areas and how they each require balance for our overall health and wellbeing.
