Writing

On this page you will see what we are learning to do in writing. On the slides below, you will see the writing task, the learning intention, the success criteria, the lesson plan, and any other resources for that lesson. Sometimes there will be attachments to planning documents that we are using in class too. You will also see some of the word cards that we use in our class, the writing process that we work through, and other resources too.

Word card resources

We use our word cards when we write too. They help us to find the right letter for the sounds we are trying to write. We can also find some high frequency words to use in our writing too.

The Writing Process

When we write, we work through this process to create a piece of writing. It helps us to think about what we need to do next with our writing. Sometimes it can take a few days to work through this process, and other times it may take us only one day.
