This video tutorial show you how to use your trackpad to navigate your Chromebook tabs, windows, and launcher.
All files in your Google Drive online and Chromebook offline files may be found using the Google Files App. You can find this app on your Chromebook Launcher near the bottom of your screen.
You can check your battery charge in the lower-right corner. You can click on the battery icon to see how long your battery should last. On a full charge you can expect the battery to last at least six hours.
You can power wash your device as part of troubleshooting. This will clear your all most data from the device and allow you to login with a fresh local profile. This will not delete anything in your Gmail or Google Drive.
Clear Browser History
Some problems can be fixed by clearing your browser history. This Google article explains how to do so.
