THREE MHS STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN StArt 2018

The artwork of three Mamaroneck High School juniors was selected to be in an exhibition of student work from around the region. Eli Canter, Mackenzie Coyne, and Darcy Tyler represented the high school in this annual show at the Osilas Gallery at Concordia College in Bronxville. Mamaroneck High School's Art Department invites all community members to "Escape Gravity", the Fall 2017 All-Media Student Art Show opening at 6 pm tomorrow evening, 12/14, in the Palmer Art Gallery at MHS. Light refreshments will be served. The show poster was designed by Eva d'Amato, 11th grade Comics & Animation student. The MHS VIDEO SHOW begins at 6 pm in the PACE Theater.

The MHS Art Department is proud to announce the reopening of Colors in the Void, an all media, student art show in the Palmer Art Gallery at the high school. The show is comprised of art work from current students and recent graduates. The department’s full course selection is represented, including work from Art Foundation, Drawing & Painting, Clay, Photography, Design Studio, Video and our Advance Placement courses. Students, parents and community members are encouraged to view the show, which will be open during school hours through 11/8/17, and Back-to-School Night (9/28). The show poster was designed by Zach Hollander, 2017 graduate, and Photo and Design student. We hope to see you there!
