Drawing and Painting

Drawing & Painting is a second year course in an Art sequence in which students further explore possibilities for making creative images. Using a problem-solving approach, students will improve their drawing skills, gain a deeper understanding of color, and learn to organize more exciting compositions. Students will create drawings, collages, prints and paintings to communicate personal ideas and solve visual problems. Students benefit by sharing their works during class critiques.
