Introduction of an innovative, safe, and effective training method for glass industry machinery operators;
Establishment of an international partnership for the development of vocational education and training (VET) in the glass industry;
Enhancing the vocational, linguistic, and digital competences of teachers, trainers, students, and employees within the glass sector;
Increasing the organizational and competency potential of the Sectoral Skills Center (BCU) for the Glass Industry;
Promoting glass as a fully recyclable and eco-friendly raw material on Earth;
Boosting the potential of the Działdowo County region, the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, and Poland as a whole in the field of vocational education for the glass industry;

Mobility of VSC staff to HEINZ-GLAS GmbH & Co. KGaA in Kleintettau, Germany.

Presentation of the innovative method; translation of the application into German and English, exchange of opinions and remarks in order to implement the method into the educational process.
Observation of the training process for operators in Germany, training of students from Poland.
Learning about the history and tradition of the family company that has been manufacturing glass packaging for generations.

Mobility of the HEINZ-GLAS team to the Vocational Skills Center in Malinowo.

Testing and evaluation of the ready-made training application for operators through participation in the training and observation of the process.
Getting acquainted with the activities and offer of the VSC. Formulating assumptions for further cooperation for the International Development Strategy of the VSC in Malinowo.
Learning about the history and culture of the region.

Glass Festival in Malinowo

An event bringing together business, education, and local government around the glass industry.
Conference and speech zone, workshop and craft zone, business and job promotion zone, catering and networking zone. The event is open to the local community.

A complete training program for IS machine operators (Independent Section machine operators) utilizing a VR application in German and English;
The International Development Strategy of the Vocational Skills Center (VSC) for the Glass Industry in Malinowo;
4+4 certificate-awarding training courses completed by operators;
12+12 mobilities between project partners;
The inaugural event of the cyclical "Glass Festival", bringing together representatives of local governments, universities, vocational education, and leading glass manufacturing companies in the labor market. The event will include, among others: conferences, workshops, job fairs, glass promotion, and catering;
Materials published on websites, cooperation and project results platforms, as well as on social media.
