Broken Device
If you have any issue with school provided hardware (broken screens, missing key, power,etc..), please contact your school and request to exchange for another one.
Google Account Password
If you have issue with your school google account login, please email to helpdesk@maldenps.org with your First Name, Last Name, your student's first and last name, student's username (ends with @maldenps.org), School, Grade, and birthday.
Online Safety
If your student is accessing a sites you feel are inappropriate, please email helpdesk@maldenps.org with the url and contact your student's principal.
Support with Learning Apps
Please reach out to your child's teacher with support for accessing resources like IXL, iReady, Brainpop etc.
Emergencies
If you have a technology emergency issues with, inappropriate behavior online, cyber security concerns, please contact 781-397-6071 and your student's principal
