Basic Sewing Projects

At times like this it is important to keep busy and productive. Sitting around the house and watching endless TV shows, the news and movies is just not for me. So I created this Web site to share with others some basic sewing projects that I am completing. This site will grow over time as I add to it, but for now I have created pages for these projects. Just click on their titles to learn more.

The pattern I use was created by a woman wood worker who wanted a washable mask that contains a pocket for a filter.

This drawstring bag is a "tiny" size. I made it to contain potpourri that I make using lavender I grow in my garden!

Fabric bags can be made in any size or dimension. This bag was made for clean and ready to go face masks.
