I engage USM undergraduate research assistants in my Rural Resilience Research Lab. Students are active participants on my research teams, and they work on collecting and analyzing data. Students are also provided with opportunities to present their work at local and regional conferences, such as USM's Thinking Matters and the Maine Sustainability and Water Conference.
