Don't forget to set clear expectations. Sometimes individual feedback is important but to save you time and support students learning from one another, respond to students as a group, highlighting the key take-aways of the discussion. Acknowledging each studnet in this aggregate response is important but it will save a tremendous amount of your time and will act as a summary for your students.
