RU SHRM is Regent University’s student chapter of the National Society for Human Resource Management referred to as SHRM. RU SHRM’s purpose is to develop and maintain relationships with Human Resource professionals, provide resources to members to gain knowledge and exposure in the field of human resources, provide members with a common platform to network with corporate business professionals that will be helpful in finding internships and job opportunities and serve our members in the best possible way.

The Hampton Roads Society for Human Resource Management (HRSHRM) is a local professional chapter of SHRM. HRSHRM was established for local human resource professionals to network and exchange information. They have over 550 members representing 300+ companies in the Hampton Roads area.
HRSHRM’s mission is “to Engage, Educate and Empower professionals to be leaders in business and human resources through opportunities for lifelong learning, collaboration, and service”.
