Readers and Writers' Book Club

Join the fun! Participants zoom in to discuss whatever they are currently reading, or just listen to what others are. Like Stephen King? So do some of us. Like abstract academic works? So do some of us. We discuss both and everything in between. First Thursdays at NOON (next meeting September 2nd).

Data Nerds Book Club

We will meet on November 18th at NOON. Copies available in the libraries. Upcoming: We are set to read either "Small Teaching" by James Lang or "Range: Why Generalists Triumph in a Specialized World" by David Epstein.

Adult Storytime

Each Fridays at Noon we read stories. What could be better than someone reading to you? So join us, eat your lunch, and enjoy a great short story.

Remote Warriors

Do you work remotely? Whether it is permanent or temporary, join our group to find others in similar circumstances. Find friendship and tricks that make life better for you, and the students we serve. We meet virtual on the First and Third Tuesdays at 9:30am. In September a representative from our Summitt Insurance came and spoke about how insurance will affect remote workers. Have other topics? Let us know!

NPC Writers League

Second Fridays at 1pm writers from around the college meet and discuss life as a writer.
