The Yu-Tien Chang lab at the National Defense Medical Center's School of Public Health in Taiwan is seeking collaborators in the fields of bioinformatics, cancer biology, the Internet of Things (IoT), and the application of AI and large language models (LLMs) in health promotion. Our research integrates bioinformatic methods with multiomics data to elucidate molecular networks that drive tumor growth, drug responses, and other malignant cancer phenotypes. Additionally, we are interested in utilizing big data analysis to explore risk factors for diseases, with the goal of informing health promotion interventions or policies.
In recent efforts, we are also exploring AI and LLM applications to analyze vast datasets, predict health outcomes, and support decision-making in digital health intervention and patient care. Our lab fosters a highly collegial and collaborative atmosphere, with most projects conducted in cooperation with other labs locally and globally. We actively seek cross-disciplinary and international collaboration to advance our research in these innovative fields.
