The International Singles Studies Association (ISSA) invited scholars, policymakers, artists, advocates, and all interested parties to its 4th meeting, held virtually via Zoom on July 30, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).  As a platform for advancing interdisciplinary discourse on Singles Studies, this conference seeks to bring together a community of thinkers and professionals who are pushing the boundaries of our understanding of singlehood in its various dimensions.

The International Singles Studies Association (ISSA) invited scholars, policymakers, psychologists, artists, advocates, and all interested to its 3rd meeting, held both in Boston and virtually via Zoom on July 5, 2024. As a platform for advancing interdisciplinary discourse on Single Studies, this conference was set to bring together a community of thinkers and professionals who are pushing the boundaries of our understanding of singlehood in its various dimensions.

The Second Singles Studies Conference was held online and at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland, from December 14 to 17, 2023. Material from the conference is available at the International Conference on Singlehood website. 

The Inaugural Singles Studies Conference was held via Zoom on October 10, 2020.  The conference featured a variety of speakers in the field of Singles Studies, including Bella DePaulo and Elyakim Kislev.
