The Preschool Life Skills (PLS) Questionnaire is an assessment to identify what skills a child needs to learn from the list of 13 PLS. This allows the instructor to focus on the skills that the child does not currently have in their repertoire. Once the PLS curriculum is started, the data forms can be used to track a child's progress.
