Mental health can be complex and intimidating. We may not understand how one mental health is but we do understand there is a big gap in our community that needs to be acknowledge more. Our goal is to reach out to our community in hopes that they can use this website as a tool to help themselves and others around them. We also hope that this website can encourage you and others of your mental health journey, which does not have to be scary. Remember, you are not alone! This website provides many useful resources that will make your healing journey more exciting. Also, it can also help you reach a community that may have share similar experiences as you. Mission Statement -
The purpose of our project is to provide guidance to guide our AAPI community to provide accessible and culturally competent mental healthcare to destigmatize mental health taboos and break barriers of mental healthcare. In order for AAPI communities bridge the gaps of knowledge of mental health care, to discover other mental healthcare needs for the various AAPI identities, and to normalize topics of mental health.
