STRENGTH - SPEED - POWER - EXPLOSION - AGILITY - QUICKNESS - CONDITIONING

Our purpose is to help all of our student athletes reach their genetic potential by designing a program that is safe and grounded in the latest research. Research will be utilized from fields such as kinesiology, exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports medicine and athletic training to provide our athletes with a strength and performance program second to none. We will work diligently to renovate and update equipment so that each athlete has access to cutting edge equipment/technology that may better provide for their needs in an ever demanding sports world.
