Students travel to UES, a used oil recycling plant, that boasts zero waste. After talking with engineers, students look to bring these ideas back to our school.
Students worked with Clayton State University and The Ridge Nature Preserve to engineer a protective cage for turtle nests. These protective barriers would keep out predators and warn locals, but still allow the hatchlings to leave.
