My name is Meredith Merrill, and I have enjoyed working in the North Carolina Community College system for more than 30 years. My roles have included English Instructor, Recruiter, Advisor, Academic Success Coordinator and now Liaison to SEA-Tech high school. I started this latest position in August 2021, and it has been an absolute pleasure getting to know the SEA-Tech students and families. My role as liaison is to be a resource to all matters related to the college. I am here to help answer questions about Cape Fear Community College (CFCC), to support SEA-Tech students to be successful in college, and to be the communication link between the SEA-Tech and CFCC. If you would like to meet to discuss any college-related issues, please use the appointment link on the menu to schedule a meeting with me.
When I'm not in the College and Career Center at SEA-Tech or on one of the CFCC campuses, I am probably with my family, which includes my husband, Justin; my son, Skyler; my daughter, Gabriella; my English bulldog-boxer, Roxy; and her grown up puppy, Dallas. I love to exercise, dance, cook, eat, and spend time outdoors enjoying our coastal town with friends and family. I look forward to getting to know you and being a part of your college journey.
