How to Log in to Canvas on a Computer
Visit ccsf.edu and click on Canvas
Enter your Username (student ID #) and password to log in
(If you do not know how to log in, use this guide: RAM ID access)
How to Take Classes Using Canvas on a Computer
All of your classes are listed on the Dashboard. Tap a class to start.
On the course menu, there are four important buttons you’ll need.
Home: Information about the class and your teacher.
Modules: Find class lessons.
CityZoom: Access online class meetings.
Inbox: Contact your teacher.
How to Attend a Class Meeting on Zoom
A Class Meeting on Zoom is like going to class in the classroom. Your teacher will tell you when your class will meet. You should have WiFi when you attend a Class Meeting on Zoom.
Click on CityZoom to get to the schedule page.
2. On the schedule page, find today’s meeting and click Join.
(If you do not have Zoom on your computer, you need to install it)

Read and send messages in the chat
