I look forward to working with you this semester as we explore the trends, policies and resources that will enable us to advocate for and promote the health of diverse communities. During the class we will discover the impacts that policies, systems and environments (PSE) have on our food behaviors and health outcomes. Hope you are looking forward to a productive and valuable learning experience as we work together towards the goal of providing person- center support, advocacy and nutrition related resources to individuals, groups and communities.
