Participating in the activities on Canvas constitutes attendance in an online course. It is important to login and submit work the first week to keep your spot in the course. If you do not submit any work in Module 1, I will reach out to you by email to offer support; however, if I don't hear back from you, I will assume your plans have changed, and I will drop you from the course to make space for a student who is trying to add.
If at any time during the semester you stop participating and do not communicate with me about your situation, I will withdraw you from the course to preserve your GPA and respect our learning community. PLEASE NOTE: Students may not remain on the class roster simply to preserve financial aid, VISA status, veteran's benefits, or athletic team membership.
If you stop participating after the last day to withdraw, you will receive an FW grade, an indication that a student has not completed the course requirements or received District authorization to withdraw under extenuating circumstances.
